Happy almost 2018 everybody!!!
This year has been a year for sure but then again what year hasn’t right? Every year is basically the same thing but with different accomplishments. I hope everybody has some good New years resolutions that they can stick too! My New years resolution this year is to start working out more and eating enough and healthy to be able to workout! haha
This last year I started to do some yoga and ended up really liking it, one of my goal is to start practicing more and hopefully accomplish a lot of different poses that I see all these amazing ladies posting on Instagram! I always wanted to be more flexible plus I get anxiety a lot, which sucks, but yoga seems to help both for me! Win Win Situation!
Now why does every year seem so long but short at the same time?! It’s like excuse me time but could you pick one! I started this blog in March, I believe and had no idea I was doing or what I was going to write about all I knew is I wanted to start something to help me with a few things a was struggling with. One if those was writing. When I was in school I was forced to write obviously but I also just enjoyed it. When I got out of school I didn’t realize how much I actually did like to write especially when I can chose what to write about and how to write it!
